Athanor offers Agency Stockbroking services to Institutional clients only, through the services of Athenrye Securities Limited, an Appointed Representative fully Authorised and Regulated by the FSA in the person of John Flaherty, a stock and bond market veteran of some 25+ years experience.

Athenrye acts purely as an intermediary between Institutional clients wishing to deal in securities and does not take any Principal positions whatsoever. All such Institutional clients are themselves regulated entities.

Transactions are settled via Fimat International Banque SA (UK Branch) under a Model B clearing arrangement. Fimat is a member of the Societe Generale Group.
